Privacy Policy

This policy explains how RTM Insights (trading as “RemindMeRick”) collects, uses and protects your data.

1. What we collect

Names, phone numbers, and any text, images or links you send via WhatsApp, plus message metadata.

2. Why we collect it

To store your reminders and deliver personalised recommendations when you ask for them.

3. Processing

Your content is processed by OCR and AI models located in Australia. Extracted data is saved so you can retrieve it later.

4. Legal basis

Consent (opt-in) and legitimate interest. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and, where applicable, the GDPR.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. Sub-processors include WhatsApp LLC and cloud providers hosting our AI models.

6. Retention & deletion

Data is kept only as long as needed for the service. Email privacy@rtminsights.com to delete your data.

7. Analytics

Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous traffic stats with IP anonymisation enabled.

1. Scope

RemindMeRick stores and retrieves personal reminders you send via WhatsApp. Insights are provided “as is” with no guarantee of accuracy.

2. Licence

By sending content, you grant us a licence to process it solely to operate the RemindMeRick service.

3. Opt-out

You can opt out anytime by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

4. Liability

RTM Insights is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
